Often times in the course of our everyday life we are quick to criticize or complain, but seldom take a moment to compliment or say thank you for services or performances that are done well beyond expectations.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you for the excellent and timely service provided by your company in May of 2003. As you all know, the evening storm in May 2003 had many homes in North Texas receive extensive damage due to hail, high winds and torrential rains. When conditions like this occur every agent and would be repairman appears on the scene to often times take advantage of the situation with quick promises and slow results.

We contacted several companies for estimates, with prices and promises varying.
